Ray is a third generation native Texan and was raised in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Ray has over 30 years of management and consulting experience. Outside of insurance, Ray has expertise in technology services ranging from small business to enterprise platforms and the oil and gas industry, which was the family business. Ray graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in marketing and management. Ray holds both a property and casualty and life and health license from the state of Texas.
